Inoculation with selected yeasts. Prolonged fermentation and maceration in stainless steel tanks. Aged in French oak barriques. Tasting Notes: A blend of Touriga Nacional, Aragonez and Shiraz, has aged 6 months in french barrels. Medium-Full bodied wine, nice and fresh on the attack. Spicy, red berries, with soft and elegant tannins. Best served at 16º C / 60º F.
